Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping (€12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping (Orders over €50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Includes basic tracking
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return, items must be:
- In their original, unused condition
- In the original packaging with all tags/labels attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used coffee capsules (Koffiecups) and coffee pods (Koffiepads)
- Coffee beans (Koffiebonen) with broken packaging seals
- Opened instant coffee (Oploskoffie) packages
- Any opened hygienic products like coffee creamers (Koffiemelk) or coffee syrups (Koffiesiropen)

Our team will email you return instructions and a return label (if applicable) within 2 business days.

Carefully package the item in its original packaging and ship to:

Once we receive and process your return, we’ll send confirmation and arrange your refund or replacement.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method:
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days processing plus your bank’s processing time
- PayPal: Within 24 hours after approval
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly specify which product you’d like instead
- For price differences, you’ll receive a payment request or partial refund
- We’ll ship your replacement once we receive your return package
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damaged product and packaging
- We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund
