Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (€12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders over €50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Includes basic tracking

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • In their original, unused condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags/labels attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used coffee capsules (Koffiecups) and coffee pods (Koffiepads)
  • Coffee beans (Koffiebonen) with broken packaging seals
  • Opened instant coffee (Oploskoffie) packages
  • Any opened hygienic products like coffee creamers (Koffiemelk) or coffee syrups (Koffiesiropen)

Return Process (4 Simple Steps)

  1. Submit Your Return Request

  2. Receive Return Instructions

    Our team will email you return instructions and a return label (if applicable) within 2 business days.

  3. Ship Your Return

    Carefully package the item in its original packaging and ship to:

  4. Receive Your Refund or Replacement

    Once we receive and process your return, we’ll send confirmation and arrange your refund or replacement.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days processing plus your bank’s processing time
  • PayPal: Within 24 hours after approval

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Clearly specify which product you’d like instead
  • For price differences, you’ll receive a payment request or partial refund
  • We’ll ship your replacement once we receive your return package

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund
